As an agency user, I need the broker's error/warning status on the SF-133 rules to match the official DATA Act schema/rules so that I can identify fatal errors in my data submissions and fix them.
When we first implemented the SF-133 validation rules, we set them all to warning status so that test files would pass and so we could get feedback from agencies with their real data. Once all questions are resolved (e.g., rounding up to the nearest dollar, etc.), we should set the error/warning status of the SF-133 rules back to matching the official rules.
this is done, with the exception of A33, which requires more work to really implement.
