Also, when will this [FABS] data be available in FSRS.gov for sub-recipient reporting? Many of our sub-recipients are facing audits and they are unable to report their sub-recipient data for transactions on or after September 2017.

Our prime awardees are able to report on saub-awards as required by their contract because FSRS is not being fed post-9/12 data from USASpending.gov
