Note: Unless otherwise specified, each of the below A/C apply to both the Published Submissions and Active Submissions tables.

  1. Make "Submitted by" names live links to the e-mail of the submitter (this should be available to us already AFAIK). Use "ross@fiscal.treasury.gov" syntax.

Optional requirements, to be considered for A/C:

  1. Add an 'export to XLSX' option that would print out the entire Active Submissions or Published Submissions tables.

  2. Add a tooltip hover or pop-up hover window that includes additional information about the submitters (assuming we get this from MAX). Particularly the phone number they've registered with in MAX.
