As a user, I want the ability to view and download all relevant columns in the DAIMS for specific award types so I can easily get all the data I might need

Description

Acceptance Criteria:

  • A spreadsheet is created that accounts for every element in the DAIMS and notes what tab in the award table it should be included (i.e. contracts, grants, etc) and what level it should be included (i.e. award level and transaction level)

  • The spreadsheet has a mapping to show the DAIMS name, UI Name, and API Name

  • The spreadsheet is in a user-friendly order, i.e. all place of performance data is located adjacent to each other

  • Write a data store story to account for the implementation

My comments on Ross' file attached. I have a fundamental concern over how we define Award Level and what is displayed at that level when the associated individual transactions present different data values. I know ASP and FABS do not enforce validations across different transactions, other than duplicate records. I am not familiar enough with FPDS' validations to know whether it can enforce sufficient consistency to ensure that Award level displays make sense.
